Numbers: In the Lodge we can have 13-16 in twin share rooms, less if individuals want their own rooms. To book the whole lodge for a group, the minimum group size is 6 in twin share or 3 in own room. The Studio can sleep up to 4 people Both the Lodge and the Studio together can cater for 13-16 on a twin share basis. (16 is possible only if some people are sharing a bed.)
Deposit for Group bookings: $150 non refundable
NOTE: Group bookings do not have to be for women only.
Price for groups:
- for bed and breakfast twin share $70pp per night
- for bed and breakfast single person in a room $100 pp per night
- Using the facilities but not staying over night? $150 for a group for a day + catering
- lunch $15pp
- morning and afternoon teas $15pp
- There are also several excellent eateries in Waipu for dining out - from the Pizza Barn to The Beachhouse and Artform Restaurants. Sometimes we can arrange in house evening meals: two course dinner $30pp ($22without wine) or $40/$32 including a dessert.
Facilities include:
- a large comfortable lounge and fireplace
- a dining table that can sit 16 people
- an A1 whiteboard and flipchart on a stand
- a separate TV/video/library room
- extensive grounds and outside sitting areas and a fabulous view from all rooms.
- we can arrange horse riding/caviing/kayaking adventures or a more mellow massage and facial.
