Waipu - Northland's friendliest, happiest, prettiest and most beautiful town...

This was an unsolicited email after one family visited in Winter 2005

I really felt I had to send an email to somebody in the town to thank all of Waipu for making my day visit with my mum and sister so enjoyable!!

From Auckland, we were originally just going to stop off in Waipu for a coffee before setting off to Whangarei Township, however we ended up spending the majority of our day there, browsing the shops (plenty of bargains at the Opp Shop and had a lovely morning tea and  lunch! (Deli Café and local takeaway).

We went on a wee drive around to Waipu Cove too.... we are all hooked!

We drove back to Auckland last night, but Waipu has really affected us in a great way, and we are now browsing the Real Estate pages for our own piece of Waipu paradise. (Mums ready for retirement).

Out of every town in Northland I have to say, Waipu really is the friendliest, happiest, prettiest and most beautiful of them all.

    Thank you Waipu
